Frequently asked questions
Before you take the next step.
Understand what is included, how your team takes part, and what happens after delivery.
Is this consulting service right for my business?
It is a good fit if you want to use AI but need to understand where it can create value. We start with your business challenges: time-consuming tasks, processes that slow your team down, and opportunities to generate revenue.
In our first conversation, we look at your situation and decide whether an assessment is the right next step. You do not need to have a tool or solution in mind.
What will I receive at the end of the 30 days?
A complete assessment of AI opportunities in your business, proposed workflows, recommended technologies, and an implementation order. For each initiative, I outline success metrics and estimates of effort, investment, and return.
We review the assessment together in a meeting, with time to explain the recommendations and answer questions. You and your team leave knowing what to do first and how to track results.
How does the 30-day consulting timeline work?
We start by aligning on goals and priorities. I then speak with your teams to understand the operation, design workflows, and define success metrics and estimated returns for the proposed initiatives.
The assessment is presented within 30 days of starting the engagement. The two check-ins take place after delivery: the first 15 days later and the second 30 days later.
How much involvement is needed from my team?
Input from the people who know your operation is essential to a useful assessment. We will speak with the people involved in the processes, understand how work gets done, and validate the opportunities we identify.
We agree on participants, meetings, and the information needed during the initial alignment, taking your team’s day-to-day responsibilities into account.
Do I need new systems or prior AI knowledge?
You do not need to be an AI expert. Recommendations are explained in terms of your processes and business goals, with a clear view of what would change for your team.
I review the tools you already use before recommending new technology. The opportunity may be to connect existing systems, simplify a workflow, or get more value from a tool you already have.
Is implementation included?
This engagement delivers the assessment and action plan, followed by two check-ins. Building integrations, configuring tools, or developing solutions requires its own implementation scope.
The plan helps your team organize the work and identify the support it needs. If you need help implementing it, that work can be discussed and agreed separately.
How do you estimate return on investment?
We start with the current process: time spent, workload, costs, and revenue opportunities. I compare that baseline with the proposed workflow and required investment, making the assumptions behind each estimate explicit.
An estimated return is not a guarantee. Time saved creates team capacity, for example, but does not automatically become cash savings. The assessment defines what to measure so you can verify the gains in practice.
What happens in the progress check-ins?
We meet 15 and 30 days after the assessment is delivered to review progress. We look at what your team has put into practice, where it is getting stuck, and which adjustments could help with the next steps.
These two follow-up meetings support the execution of your plan and give you a place to bring the questions that come up as recommendations meet day-to-day work.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
The first step is to tell me about your business and what you would like to improve. From that conversation, we align on goals, the processes to review, and the teams involved.
Pricing is included in the proposal based on the agreed scope. You will know the deliverables, terms, and timeline before deciding to move forward.
