What happens in the progress check-ins?

We meet 15 and 30 days after the assessment is delivered to review progress. We look at what your team has put into practice, where it is getting stuck, and which adjustments could help with the next steps.

These two follow-up meetings support the execution of your plan and give you a place to bring the questions that come up as recommendations meet day-to-day work.
